Andrea​ Martínez
Andrea Martínez:
This multi-talented artist was born and raised in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. She is the CEO of Vuelos Libres, which is a group of adult aerialists who work with the arts of the stage and aerial acrobatics. Also, an actress, Mocap actress, voice actress, clown, dancer, stilt walker, mime, mask maker, acrobat, aerialist, Yoga Teacher and certificate in Social Circus Pedagogy. HQT teacher Certificate by the Education Department of P.R and coach of gymnastic acrobatic, tumbling and Trampoline by de Gymnastic Federation of P.R. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus with a Bachelor Degree in Education and a Minor in Theater Pedagogy. Andrea attended graduate school at the reputed Dell´ Arte International School of Physical Theater in California, in 2013. This artist has done her Master in Management and Educational Leadership with a General Grade Average: 4.00.

The artist present as independent artist in the 11 Festival de Mimo y Teatro Físico del Caribe. At the same year she produces the first edition of "One Minute Dance", in Puerto Rico. This event had the participation of more than 16 artists, 45 performances in total and a full house.

Andrea is the founder and director of "Vuelos libres". Also, she has been founding and active member of the international group "Up Lift Physical Theatre". In 2015, they tour in west and north of U.S. She had being member of few performing arts groups like “Circo de la calle”, "Dance theater Yerba Bruja", "Borike" and National Circus of Puerto Rico.
Andrea also attended international educational training programs in Morocco, Bali Indonesia, Argentina, Honduras, Ecuador, Perú, New York, Connecticut, Chicago, Minnesota, California, Panamá and England . During these travels Andrea has worked with Alex Navarro and Caroline Dream (Cirque du Soleil) , Peter Schumann (Bread and Puppet Theatre) , Matt Kent and Jonathan Wolken (Pilobolus), Julio Boal (Theatre Forum and the Oppressed) , Arístides Vargas (Malayerba Theatre), Miguel Rubio ( Yuyaskani Theatre) , Natali Gaskin and Pablo Lopez (Cabuia Theatre), Nicolas Ferreira (Circus of Heaven) , Dario Ferrari (Circus Networks), Juan Leiba (Esc danza aérea Brenda Angiel), Maria Heavenly (Walking the Dog) Queen (Pig Iron), Mariano Rabade (Circus Soq) and Alfredo Iriarte (mask-making in Argentina), Lu Yi and Elena Panova (Circus Center) , Donlin Foreman (Martha Graham Company), Luis Torreao (Hippocampe) Destiny (Aloft), Ronlin Foreman (Dell´Arte) I Nyoman Setiawan (Bali), Ida Borgus Anom (Bali), Pek Gustu (Bali), Ibu Ayu (Bali) Voice Academy (Venezuela) and Dr. Patch Adams (Morocco).
Andrea has shared the stage with internationally known singers: Belinda, Cheo Feliciano, Andy Montañez, Ednita Nazario, Chucho Avellanet, Danny Rivera, David Bisbal, Laura Pausini and Marc Anthony.
